• Promote activities and events through – disseminate flyers / publicity materials, e-marketing via email and social media sites associated with GFEST / Wise Thoughts (working from Wise Thoughts offices).
• Help manage events by developing daily programme schedules / activity schedules / offering back stage assistance to production team / ushering for events and private views / putting up and taking down exhibits / canvassing, collecting & collating audience and community feedback.
• Help fundraising at events.
